WHERE IS HELLO FLAWLESS LOCATED?

We are based in Dallas + Houston, Texas. We love traveling to Marfa and would go anywhere for our lovely brides!

HOW MUCH ARE your SERVICES?

Our pricing and policies can be found on our home page and the “Feel flawless“ services page.

what are your TRAVEL fees?

Marfa: $300 
Azle, Weatherford: $175 
Denton, McKinney, Fort Worth, Kaufman: $150 
Arlington, Mansfield: $50 
Plano, Lewisville, Rockwall: $25 
Downtown Dallas: No fee 
 
Other surrounding cities + Houston travel fees are available upon quote.

HOW can I BOOK you for my wedding?

Please fill out the contact form on our home page or on the “Feel Flawless“ contact us page with details of your wedding.

A quote and contract will be sent when you decide on the type of beauty services you need.

Once your contract is signed and 50% retainer has been paid, your date is reserved for you!

can we meet before I book?

You are welcome to schedule a consultation with one of our beauty stylists before you finalize your beauty services at our Dallas studio or we can meet for coffee. 

If you cannot meet up, we can schedule a time to chat over the phone!

how many beauty stylists will be booked for my wedding?

depending on location + availability, erika or melanie will be your lead stylists.

if your wedding requires more than one lead stylists, there is an additional artist fee $250 per added artist.

both lead stylists erika + melanie are booked for majority of our weddings. in-case a second lead stylists is not available, we have our go-to babes whom we trust that match our #helloflawlessbabes vibes.

we gotcha covered :)

we only book one dallas + houston wedding a day to ensure our babes get our full attention.

do you offer non-wedding services?

Yes! we offer in-studio dallas or on-location houston appointments for other special occasions, prom, senior + maternity portraits etc.

full payment via venmo @helloflawlessartistry is required to book non-wedding appointments.

if you cancel your appointment, only 50% will be refunded. we completely understand if anything happens and you are welcome to reschedule!

no shows are non-refundable.

Do you offer destination packages?

Day rates for destination weddings are available upon request. Airfare, accommodations, transportation and
travel will apply. Please fill out our contact form to inquire.

when do i schedule my bridal preview?

We suggest scheduling your hair + makeup preview no earlier than 2 months before your wedding date. 

Please alloT 3 hours for your appointment, but Your preview will not be over until we create the perfect look for you!

You are welcome to book a bridal preview to make sure we are the right fit :)

HOW LONG WILL HAIR + MAKEUP
TAKE ON MY wedding day?

We alloT 60-90 minutes for Bridal hair + makeup and 30-45 minutes for additional hair or makeup service. 

Time varies on length, type of hair designs and desired makeup look.

There is an additional 15 minutes prior and after to arrival time for set up and break down. 

Can I cancel my wedding day?

YOU may cancel by 90 days prior to your wedding date by sending a written request via email.

if you cancel after 90 days prior, you are responsible for the full amount of services.

The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
